Scott-2.jpeg

Scott has served in various volunteer ministry roles since 1998, including praise team lead vocalist, acoustic guitarist, and choir member.  In 2022, Scott began his calling as a bi-vocational worship leader at FBC Carterville.  His desire is to help focus our thoughts and actions on worshipping God our Creator, Savior, and Sustainer.

"Worship is more than just songs.  Worship is honoring God in our words and actions, giving him praise, honor, and glory in everything we do.  It is something we should do in our daily lives both privately and corporately."  -- Scott

Scott resides in Herrin with his wife, Jill, and three children, Erin, Jordan, and Carson.  Together they serve with him in various ministry roles. He loves singing with them and creating an experience that not only uses musical ability, but also technological skills that support a worship experience.

Scott also works as Assistant Vice President of Integrated Technology at John A. Logan College.
